Thriller! Chiller! Film Festival is throwing a birthday party for filmmaker George A. Romero by screening "Night of the Living Dead" on his birthday, February 4th. The event launches the film festival's 7th season and is a benefit to assist in renovations and upgrades to the Wealthy Theatre Centennial Sustainability Campaign.
Doors open at 3 p.m. and the show starts at 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door with all proceeds benefitting the Wealthy Theatre Centennial Sustainability Campaign.
See the original, quintessential zombie movie on the big screen, have a slice of birthday cake, and give to your community theatre all at the same time!
The goals of the Centennial Campaign are to reduce the theatre’s energy costs and carbon footprint, and enhance existing technologies.
