Join the community in a reception welcoming to Grand Rapids Dr. Marsha D. Rappley, dean of Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine!


Hosted by WGVU's Shelley Irwin, the reception "Climbing the Hill: 150 years of women physicians in Grand Rapids," will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 31 at the Women's City Club, lower level auditorium, 254 E. Fulton Street. Sponsored by the Greater Grand Rapids Women's History Council, the event wraps up Legacy 2010 events in celebration of Women's History Month. 


 

The Dean will join Jo Ellyn Clarey, GGRWHC researcher and historian, in a short program illustrating the rich history of local women physicians then and now.
