Cabildo, Bikes, and Street Pianos

Do you have a bike?  Join local latin-rock group Cabildo as they bike through downtown Grand Rapids and stop to play an impromptu acoustic performance at each "Play Me I'm Yours" street piano locations.
"Play Me I'm Yours" is an ArtPrize exhibition by UK artist Luke Jerram. 17 pianos are located throughout various locations in downtown Grand Rapids for any member of the public to play.
Cabildo is a Grand Rapids based latin-rock-cumbia-ska fusion band that has recently regrouped after a 3-year hiatus. Several of its members have roots and originally hail from Latin-American countries such as Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. The Cabildo band hosts full horn and percussion sections, and performs the majority of its songs in Spanish.
Cabildo will start the evening's performances on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 8:30PM at the UICA street piano location and then travel by bicycle to each of the 17 other street piano locations. They will perform at  as many locations they can in one hour. The final performance will be at the Founders Brewing Co. street piano location. In case of rain, the performances will be re-scheduled for Friday, Oct. 8.
