Make the holiday season brighter for families in need by signing up to provide a Christmas meal through the Access of West Michigan Holiday Giving Network.

The Access Pantry Network has completed registration of families for Christmas food and is in need of over 1,000 more providers to shop for and deliver all the food items needed for a family to create a delicious Christmas meal.

This is a daunting figure but Access of West Michigan believes in a Christmas miracle.

“Over the past few years as demand has been high our community has responded generously by closing the gap on needed holiday food,” says Emma Rosauer, Hunger Response Director at Access. “We can only hope that the response is just as strong this year as the lack of providers has doubled this season.”

The only way to fill the many holiday food requests is for individuals, organizations, congregations and businesses to sign up to provide. A provider will connect with the family receiving the food to find out most desired items and purchase meal supplies perfect for the recipient. Please consider starting a new tradition this year by providing for families in need this Christmas.

For more information or to fill out a provider form call Emma at 774-2175x5 or go to the Access website.
